Directions for the Perfect Brew

1. Heat Bring fresh water to a rolling boil (approximately 95°C – 100°C).

2. Measure Add one teaspoon of handmade black tea leaves per cup.

3. Steep Pour the water and let the leaves infuse for 3–5 minutes, depending on your preference for strength.
