Refund & Return Policy

The following policy is designed to maintain the integrity of handcrafted, botanical products while ensuring a fair experience for every customer.

1. Return Window

Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase (or date of delivery for online orders) to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that it was received.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, with all seals intact. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, items with broken seals cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from the Rusiketha official store is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used botanical infusions, essential oils, or skincare products.

  • Custom-made or personalized gift rituals/boxes.

  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional clearance.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., a leaking bottle or broken seal during transit), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Credit: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment (e.g., PayHere/Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a Rusiketha error.
